It is the first Swiss company to produce aerosols as a contract manufacturer<\/p>\n<p><strong>1964<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Start of production at the M\u00f6hlin site<\/p>\n<p><strong>1966<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Construction of the first filling line for pharmaceutical products<\/li>\n<li>The manufacturing license to produce medicinal products is issued to ASM for the first time<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>1975<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left; padding-left: 40px;\">Swissmedic grants manufacturing authorization for medicinal products for the first time<\/p>\n<p><strong>1980<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">After a period of continuous expansion, the relocation from Riehen to M\u00f6hlin is completed<\/p>\n<p><strong>1982<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">ASM develops and patents the Bag-on-Valve system (BOV)<\/p>\n<p><strong>1991<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">A new high-bay warehouse for 4,200 pallets is put into operation<\/p>\n<p><strong>1995<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>After a management buyout, ASM is privately owned<\/li>\n<li>In the same year mixing area GMP and ISO 13485 compliant is put into operation (cleanroom class D)<\/p>\n<p><strong>2008<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Construction of a unique multipurpose filling line (aerosol\/liquid) to produce pharmaceutical and cosmetic products under GMP and cleanroom conditions (cleanroom class C)<\/li>\n<li>ASM is ISO 13485 certified<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2009<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Construction of a temperature-controlled warehouse for raw materials and finished products<\/p>\n<p><strong>2012<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>ASM is ISO 22716 certified<\/li>\n<li>Successful audit for Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2013<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Successful audit of the Turkish authorities Ministry of Health Turkey (MoH TR)<\/p>\n<p><strong>2014<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A new highly flexible packaging line according to pharmaceutical standards is put into operation<\/li>\n<li>Start with the construction of a high-bay warehouse with 3,200 storage locations according to pharmaceutical standard (explosion protection EXII and temperature controlled)<\/li>\n<li>Participation in the energy saving program: ASM commits to reduce the legally defined energy and CO2 emissions until 2024<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2015<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>An additional packaging line incl. serialization is put into operation<\/li>\n<li>Successfully audited by FDA registration FEI-No. 3005439256<\/li>\n<li>Finalization of the new pharmaceutical high-bay warehouse (3,200 pallet spaces)<\/li>\n<li>Roof refurbishment of the existing chemical and finished product warehouses with the aim of further increasing energy efficiency<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2016<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Successful Pre-approval inspection by the Korean Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS)<\/li>\n<li>Expansion of the pharmaceutical filling line with a leak detector P4<\/li>\n<li>Implementation of a cold chain for raw materials and finished goods in the range of 2-8\u00b0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2017<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Successful registration at the Japanese Authorities (PMDA)<\/li>\n<li>Successfully audited by the FDA for the second time<\/li>\n<li>Expansion of blending capacities with a development vessel 3 \u2013 12 L, a 200 L pilot plant and a new 1800L plant, all from the same manufacturer<\/li>\n<li>Acquisition and qualification of an additional serialization line<\/li>\n<li>Installation of an additional Leak Detector in P3<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2018<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Decision of the Board of Directors for the long-term expansion of the site in the pharmaceutical -filling, packaging and laboratories<\/li>\n<li>Expansion of the organization through an additional management level<\/li>\n<li>Additional investments in new energy efficiency measures to further reduce CO2 emissions<\/li>\n<li>Mid-year start with the introduction of a new ERP
